Teresa Castagna is a licensed massage therapist. Her focus is to provide each client with an individual therapeutic treatment designed to release chronic patterns of tension and to increase range of movement while releasing toxins and soothing the muscles. Teresa's approach is a combination of clinical and intuitive knowledge. Each session is tailored to each client and to their specific needs at the time.

Teresa graduated from The Soma Institute in Chicago which is a clinical massage therapy school and is licensed to practice in the state of Illinois. Her primary modalities are: Chair and Table massage, Deep Tissue, Headache relief, Myofascial release, Sports Massage, Swedish and Trigger Point Therapy.
